What is Healy? Healy is a portable frequency dev What is Healy?

Healy is a portable frequency device that uses microcurrent and scalar waves (that's quantum physics for ya 😉) to harmonize your very own energetic field.

The microcurrent administers frequencies that increase the energy in your cells by optimizing their voltage, protein synthesis and mitochondrial function.

Healy is particularly special because it has a quantum sensor in it that scans you at regular intervals. So, when you run one of more than 200 programs available it will assess which frequencies you need most and send them to you, making each program individual to you in real time.

Healy supports you physically, mentally and emotionally. It is an adaptable tool in your tool box that figures out where you need the most support. It has been a huge benefit to me for the last 6 months!

It is also cleared in Canada as a medical device for management of pain from exercise and chronic pain from arthritis, myalgia, neuromyalgia and fibromyalgia (see 3rd slide for details).

If this interests you and you have questions, send me a DM. I am happy to help. We can even set up a 1:1 call to try out the distance scans together.

This in not an exclusive list but are the top 6 th This in not an exclusive list but are the top 6 things I do right now when it comes to supporting myself and my health.

What are you doing right now to support yourself?
What's in your bread? When you have food intolera What's in your bread?

When you have food intolerances or sensitivities it makes no sense to be buying junk bread at the store. If you don't know what is in your bread or understand what's in your bread when you read the label then you can't make informed decisions about what you are eating.

This might sting a bit for some, but I find more and more people are becoming aware of this. The conversations I have in my workshops on wheat sourdough and gluten free sourdough reflect this knowledge. You folks are getting informed and want to know more about how your ingredients are grown and processed.

That is why I believe it is so important to know your baker super well, buy from someone who you can trust and doesn't use unknown ingredients in their bread.

Or better yet, you can learn to bake your own and control exactly what goes into it! This is especially important if you are having trouble digesting many foods.

That is why I am so passionate about teaching others to bake their own bread.

I have two spots open in my upcoming gluten free sourdough workshop- it's for anyone! It isn't as hard as it seems and in some ways it is actually easier than regular wheat sourdough.

Info is in my bio for registration! Or send me a DM and we can chat 🙂

Last weekend I used my Healy to help relax my nerv Last weekend I used my Healy to help relax my nervous system (teaching a workshop in a new place, interacting with lots of new people at an event) and support myself physically. I had a head and neck ache and my lymph glands were swelling up around my ears.

I ran a pain program, bed rest (parasympathetic support for good sleep and relaxation) and the tonsil program. I had an amazing night sleep and felt rested and ready for the next day.

I have found individualized frequency support from Healy to be great on a day to day basis, but this acute experience blew me out of the water! I wanted to share because I was so amazed, even after having this device for 6 months now I am learning more ways to use it to support myself and my family!
