Phew, bread baking is lots of repetition. This load of bread is a small 22 batch. Today I baked just shy of 90 loaves, which is a small day for me. In the years of 2020-2022 when I was going to the Carp Farmers market every week I was baking 200+ loaves in one day solo.It pushed me to my physical and mental limits causing me to almost quit completely. Luckily I eventually listened to my body and slowed down to a pace that I can manage!Bread is available @ottawavalleycoffee.arnprior and @ottawavalleycoffee (Renfrew) every second Friday now. Maybe it doesn't really line up with your daily bread, but it works for me 😘
